Our Training
Our VIP Hospitality Training Programme is a bespoke initiative designed to ensure our team consistently delivers an exceptional level of service while creating memorable experiences for every guest.
The programme prepares our VIP Hospitality team to provide service that extends far beyond expectations, combining professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Each member of this exclusive team earns their place through a rigorous and tailored training programme developed by our Director, Paul Marcinkowski. Our management team carefully hand-selects the most accomplished team members to participate in this course. However, only those who demonstrate the highest standards of service, professionalism, and guest care are approved to join the VIP Hospitality team.
Throughout the programme, participants receive specialised training in a range of key service areas, including drinks service, butterfly service, allergen awareness, and premium guest interaction. This ensures that every VIP guest receives attentive, knowledgeable, and seamless hospitality from arrival through to departure.
