Arc offers a wide range of hospitality and event roles, including bar staff, bartenders, waiting staff, VIP hospitality, baristas, chefs, kitchen staff, kitchen porters, catering assistants, event staff, festival staff, ticketing and kiosk staff, logistics teams, cleaners, supervisors, team leaders, and hospitality management roles.

All candidates are offered this training for free as part of our onboarding experience, so get the knowledge before you even get started!

Yes, we hire 16 - 18 year olds.
However, as some of the work we do involves alcohol, we cannot offer all shifts to under 18s. Some of our clients unfortunately request that no under 18s attend due to this.
Therefore, your application may be put on hold until we have enough work for you. We find that it would be unfair to hire you onto the app and not be able to offer you work. Your application may be put on hold. Once we have work, we will let you know.
