The client was hosting an opening event for their very first store in Liverpool, adding to its global portfolio of over 2,500 stores. They needed a reliable, high-energy team to represent their brand and supporting with welcoming guests, serving food and drink, as well as post-event clean-up.

We provided a well-prepared, enthusiastic team comprised of our most experienced team members within our Liverpool hub. The team focused on serving sandwiches, while the rest served drinks, offering an array of beverages including water, gin, and beer to guests. Our professional hospitality staff displayed a strong sense of team spirit and a positive attitude throughout the shift, seamlessly transitioning to help clean-up at the end of the event.

Lessons Learnt
Having a team with the right attitude makes an incredible different, especially when working in unfamiliar locations. With experience in temporary hospitality roles, the team adapted quickly, seamlessly learning to work together and serve guests with the care and professionalism of in-house staff. A flexible, hands-on approach from all team members proved critical in exceeding client expectations.
