 Your First Step: Meeting the Commercial Team


Your journey begins with us - the Commercial department - led by me as Head of Commercial, alongside Luke Saunders, Senior Commercial Manager, and Ashleigh Coleman, Senior Marketing & Communications Manager.

Because this is where we get to understand you properly and exactly what you need when it comes to hiring temporary staff. Every company is different: some need short-term staff to cover absences or cope with peak periods, while others are looking for a longer-term solution to ensure consistency and stability in their workforce. Some businesses require staff with very specific skills, such as baristas or chefs, while others prefer versatile team members who can step into multiple roles and adapt to different tasks as needed.


We take the time to truly listen and understand what you want us to achieve as your temporary staffing partner. At our first meeting, we never come alone - we always bring a member of our People Operations team, who works directly within your sector, whether that’s staffing stadiums, events, or festivals, for example. They’re the experts.


They know the challenges, the pace, the pressures, and the standards you’re working to. In my opinion, they’re our best sales tool because they can speak your language from the very first meeting. (And I’m not being biased, but I believe they are the best in the business)

You’ll then receive a bespoke proposal crafted by Ashleigh, who is hands down the most creative person in the company. She pulls everything together into a document that reflects your needs, your brand, and your goals. It also introduces the Account Manager who’ll be looking after you (if you haven’t already met them).

Your First Shift with Arc


This is where the partnership becomes real.


Your Account Manager will be on-site for your first booking. You won’t miss them - our branding makes sure of that. Their job is to support you, your team, and our staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.
