The 2025 festival season took our team right across the UK, from iconic city centre venues to the remotest fields hidden deep within the countryside, delivering expert festival staffing solutions to some of the most exciting events on the summer calendar. The British weather may have done it's thing and rained on several occasions but it didn't dampen our team's enthusiasm as they delivered one of our strongest years to date.

We were proud to support a wide range of festivals, from one of the world’s biggest dance music festivals drawing tens of thousands of fans, to quirky, character-filled gatherings celebrating country living, artisan food, and local culture. This year, our operation grew bigger and better than ever before, with more staff on the ground, smoother systems in place, and the iconic Arc team spirit that carried us through every challenge.

To keep festival operations running seamlessly, we bring in a team of wonderful people who happen to be experienced on-site staffing managers who oversee and coordinate all on-the-ground activity. Before festival season kicks off, we bring the team together for a full day of planning and preparation, making sure everyone is clear on expectations, ready for what’s ahead, and kitted out in the latest Arc fashion, of course.

At the heart of our festival staffing success is Lizzie Wright, our Head of Operations. With a strong background in festival management, Lizzie leads the operation from our Liverpool HQ, overseeing logistics, planning, and coordination with precision. However, she’s not just behind the scenes; she’s regularly on-site, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our teams to ensure every event runs smoothly.

Of course, with festivals happening across the UK, Lizzie can’t be everywhere at once. That’s where the strength of our on-site staffing managers comes in. The team travels across the UK to ensure we deliver seamless operations and exceptional support to both clients and team members. Their duties include:
