Festival Jobs for Summer 2025

Join our festival team this summer and be part of the magic that brings the biggest and best UK music festivals to life.

We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, fun-filled environment, to help create an amazing experience for thousands of guests.

This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, meet new people, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere that comes with working at amazing festivals. But first, let's answer your FAQs:

Do you need previous experience to work at festivals?

While previous bar experience is a plus, it’s your attitude that really counts — we’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who are eager to get involved and contribute to a positive atmosphere.

Is transport provided?

You’ll need to be able to make your own way to the event locations, as transportation is not provided. However, at some of our festivals, you can camp on-site for free...so you can wake up and take a short walk to work!

Will Arc reps be on-site?

Yes, our onsite staffing and welfare team are there to support you throughout your shifts and if you stay over, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

Sound good? If you're passionate about live events, love working with people, and want to be part of a dynamic and super-friendly team, apply now. Scroll down to view the opportunities that we have this summer!

Leave No Trace Team.jpg

Leave No Trace

We’re on a bold mission to reduce waste and champion sustainability at festivals through out Leave No Trace campaign. Our Leave No Trace campaign forms part of our Impact Strategy and focuses on taking positive climate action within our camping festivals that we staff each year.

Arc Sustainability Champions:

These team members go through a selection process whereby we identify people who are passionate about sustainability. They are then given an induction about how we can best leave no trace. In return, we pay them a higher rate for encouraging green practices on-site.

Site Clear Down:

On the last day, our sustainability champions will work with the rest of the team to ensure the fields we camp in are completely clear when we leave and also any equipment left behind (e.g. tents) is recycled or donated to charity
