Paul Marcinkowski

As one of our two Directors and co-owners, Paul has a wide remit which covers all departments, projects and stakeholders. He is particularly focused on inspiring us towards our vision, guiding us in the best strategic direction, learning from- and influencing industry decision-makers, as well as helping to ensure that Arc is governed by a triple bottom line approach of people, planet and profit.

 

Paul loves to hear from new and existing clients and team members (and all other stakeholders!), meeting them on site or online whenever possible. Alongside Mike, he leads the Senior Leadership Team at Arc and is a member of the Executive Board.
