We’re proud to share our fourth annual Impact Report, marking the completion of our first four-year Impact Strategy (2021–2025). This milestone gives us a moment to reflect on the progress we’ve made, the lessons we’ve learned, and how these insights are shaping our next chapter.
From day one, our ambition has been to use our business as a force for good, creating a more inclusive, fair, and sustainable world of flexible work. Our strategy has centred around three pillars that continue to guide everything we do:
Pillar One: Fairer Recruitment and Staffing
Creating a fairer workplace starts with how people are hired, supported, and treated. This year, we’ve made huge strides in making recruitment more inclusive and transparent, ensuring everyone gets a fair chance to succeed.
Key highlights include:
Introducing AI video assessment into our recruitment process to reduce bias, supported by a full Data Protection Impact Assessment to ensure fairness and compliance.
Delivering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training for all full-time employees, ensuring that inclusive practices are embedded throughout Arc.
Rolling out Selection Criteria Training to ensure fair, consistent decision-making in staffing allocations.
Publishing our Fairness in Recruitment and Staffing Report 2025, which surveyed industry leaders and peers to identify ways to build a fairer hospitality and events industry.
Fairness is not just a principle, it’s a practice. From technology to training, we’re ensuring equity and transparency are at the heart of every hiring and staffing decision.
Pillar Two: Tackling Barriers to Employment
Employment changes lives, and yet, too many people still face barriers to accessing it. Our mission is to remove those barriers wherever we can.

This year, we’ve:
Partnered with the Restart Scheme in Margate, helping 18 long-term unemployed individuals secure roles at Dreamland.
Launched training through MAPAL, with over 10,000 Team Members completing at least one module, building confidence, safety, and skills before starting work.
Achieved Investors in People Platinum accreditation, recognising Arc as one of the UK’s top-performing people-focused employers.
Strengthened support for our workforce through the Stream pay and savings platform, empowering Team Members with financial flexibility and education.
We’ve learned that creating access is about more than opening doors, it’s about providing the right support, training, and confidence to walk through them.
Pillar Three: Taking Climate Action
Our commitment to tackling climate change has remained steadfast since we began measuring our emissions in 2021. This year, we’re proud to have achieved a 39% reduction in total carbon emissions over three years, demonstrating real progress in our journey to Net Zero.
Key achievements include:
Continuing to measure Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions across operations to ensure transparency and accountability.
Expanding local recruitment, with 89% of Team Members at London festivals living within 30 miles of the event, reducing travel-related emissions and supporting local economies.
Partnering with clients to drive sustainability on site, including placing Team Members in ‘Green Team’ roles to support reusable cup initiatives.
Encouraging over 7,600 individual climate pledges from our Team Members, surpassing our 5,000-pledge goal and building a culture of environmental responsibility.
As we look ahead, our next strategy (2026–2029) will continue to prioritise meaningful emission reductions and smarter ways to measure, manage, and minimise our environmental impact.
Looking Ahead
Our 2025 Impact Report closes one chapter and opens another. As we prepare to launch our new Impact Strategy 2026–2029, we’re building on strong foundations through fairer recruitment, greater inclusion, and a deeper commitment to sustainability.
We’re proud of what we’ve achieved, but even more excited about what’s next. Together with our clients, partners, and Team Members, we’ll continue shaping the world of flexible work into a better place for all.
