Following initial discussions with our Commercial Team, you’ll be introduced to Lisa Grozier, our Senior People Operations Manager and leader of our London hub. Lisa brings a unique perspective to Arc, having started her journey with us as a team member in 2017. Over the years, she worked her way up through the ranks to manage the entire London operation.
Lisa’s experience as a team member herself means she places a high priority on the welfare and experience of our staff. This focus has enabled her to build a dedicated and reliable workforce of temporary staff, whom we refer to as our "team members."
