In 2008, at the age of 20, Michael established the company from a small room in Liverpool, with Liverpool Football Club as his first client. Over the years, he has grown Arc into one of the most reputable hospitality recruitment agencies in the UK, known for its exceptional service and unwavering commitment to clients and team members alike.
