After 11 years working as a Chef in a variety of renowned restaurants, including Michelin-star establishments across the UK and Europe, I progressed to the role of Senior Sous Chef.

 

I decided to pivot my career into hospitality recruitment, driven by the desire to apply my expertise in a new way. I’m passionate about helping chefs find their next opportunity while supporting their professional growth and skill development.

 

I’m particularly committed to championing young chefs who are eager, driven, and dedicated to their craft. Every day at Arc presents a fresh and exciting challenge, and allows me to continue to grow as the Midlands Back of House People Operations Manager.
