Emma Jensen

Emma oversees all aspects of our People Operations Team, Nationwide.  She loves getting on site to meet clients and our team members alike and will actively still lead on recruitment projects and all other aspects of operational planning, as she believes that as a business if you ‘say’ you do something, you have to get in amongst it to know for sure that you really are ‘doing it’!

 

Having worked in ‘live operations’ and the hospitality industry for over 20 years, Arc’s value of ‘care’ is of the utmost importance to Emma, whether that’s for our clients (and their customers), our team members, our core team or the planet.
