I joined Arc London as a team member nearly 8 years ago whilst studying at University, working at venues such as Ascot and Wembley and supporting in the office from time to time.

I then joined full time in the office once finishing University and have since moved back near to my childhood home and am now Senior People Operations Manager for the Midlands & Southwest. I love a project! From staffing Royal Ascot, Cheltenham Festival and other large events, I have a wide range of staffing experience. I am passionate about our team member journey and am always keen to upskill our current pool.
