Remote Recruitment
Due to our robust technological infrastructure, strong operational competencies, and quality management processes, regardless of where your festival is located, you can still expect the same level of quality service.
Our Senior Leadership Team assigns the most suitable Account Manager to our client’s operation, regardless of whether they are based. By combining our proven operational blueprint and technological infrastructure, we can successfully deliver our services nationwide.

On-Site Presence
Once your event schedule is confirmed, we will assign a dedicated Onsite Ops Team to ensure you see familiar faces at each event. This means:

Our strong onsite presence at festivals ensures a smooth and efficient experience for our team members from the moment they arrive. We set up branded gazebos at check-in, making it easy for staff to locate us upon arrival. Our team is easily identifiable in branded uniforms, and we use telescopic branded flagpoles to guide team members from check-in to their bars with utmost efficiency.
Beyond logistics, our dedicated on-site operations team is there to support the welfare of our team members, ensuring that they have everything they need and addressing any concerns they may have throughout the event.

Consistency
We understand the importance of maintaining a consistent team, not only to enhance efficiency but to create a positive and rewarding experience for our team members. This reduces the need for constant retraining and provides more regular work for local staff, supporting the local community.
Our goal is to provide a reliable, high-quality team for every event, we especially recognise the importance of having consistent Bar Managers at all events.
By reducing the need for constant retraining, we ensure that our staff are familiar with their work areas, allowing with to perform in their roles with confidence and precision. A stable team fosters strong working relationships, enabling our team members to build a rapport with their colleagues and feel a sense of belonging.

Leave No Trace
We’re on a bold mission to reduce waste and champion sustainability at festivals through out Leave No Trace campaign. Our Leave No Trace campaign forms part of our Impact Strategy and focuses on taking positive climate action within our camping festivals that we staff each year.
Arc Sustainability Champions:
These team members go through a selection process whereby we identify people who are passionate about sustainability. They are then given an induction about how we can best leave no trace. In return, we pay them a higher rate for encouraging green practices on-site.
Site Clear Down:
On the last day, our sustainability champions will work with the rest of the team to ensure the fields we camp in are completely clear when we leave and also any equipment left behind (e.g. tents) is recycled or donated to charity

Your Delivery Team
Our festival delivery team is led by one of the most accomplished leaders within the business, Head of Operations, Lizzie Wright, and a member of our Senior Leadership Team.
The team has successfully staffed a variety of festivals throughout the UK, from large-scale music festivals to small, intimate gatherings of family-orientated festivals. Lizzie's expertise in festival staffing ensures that she consistently delivers high-quality staff and smooth operational support throughout.
With meticulous planning, strong communication skills, and a proven recruitment strategy, we can ensure that we deliver and go above and beyond your expectations at each event.
Lizzie is also a core member of our Impact Team, and leads on implementing our Leave No Trace initiative at all camping festivals that we staff across the UK.
The Team
Lizzie's team includes Lead People Operations Manager, Rachel Hanson, who is on-site throughout festival season. Our Data Analyst, Graeme Hunter, sources data to enhance operational efficiency at your festival.
