As part of our commitment to excellence and compliance within the industry, all new team members are enrolled in a comprehensive initial training programme through this platform.

Each member of our VIP Hospitality team has been authorised to become part of this exclusive group following a bespoke and intensive training programme devised by our Director, Paul Marcinkowski.
Our management hand-selects the most accomplished team members to partake in this course, but only those who we are confident can deliver this high level of service are approved to become VIP Hospitality staff.
Once they are part of this prestigious team, they have special access to apply for our VIP shifts. Our VIP Hospitality team works across the UK at the most exclusive areas within some of the country's most high-profile venues.
