Fair & Transparent Pay for Our Team Members
Our team members are our greatest asset, and we believe they should be paid fairly and transparently for their work. Every Team Member earns at least minimum wage, with most of our clients offering rates above this.
We also include Holiday Pay automatically in monthly wages—no need to request it, save it, or fill out forms. It’s simply paid alongside regular earnings, as it should be.To ensure full transparency, our payslips provide a clear breakdown of hours worked, wages earned, and Holiday Pay.
As we operate on a monthly pay cycle, we understand that waiting until payday isn’t always ideal. That’s why we’ve partnered with WageStream, an app that gives Team Members access to a suite of financial tools, including the option to access earned wages early and create savings pots to better manage their finances.
