Our Engage survey results reflect this dedication, consistently scoring above 4 out of 5 over the past three years, with steady improvement from 3.95 in Jan-22 to 4.16 in Aug-24. This upward trend is a testament to the strong initiatives and processes we have in place to engage, support, and develop our teams.

Career Growth at Arc
One clear example of a highly successful Arc career pathway would be our very home-grown Head of Operations, Lizzie Wright.
Oct 2015: Worked flexibly as a Team Member around 30 shifts in total. Lizzie worked at various venues across Liverpool, mostly working 2 full Christmas periods as a Supervisor at Tatton Park and Aintree.
July 2017: Started full time as a Recruitment Coordinator and then later transferred to Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator.
Sept 2018: Promoted to Staffing & Recruitment Manager.
July 2019: Promoted to Area Manager.
Oct 2020: Completed CMI Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
- Lizzie worked tirelessly on implementing our ATS previously known as Fountain as part of her course. Using her study day leave allowed her to dedicate one day a month to purely focus on her course.
Nov 2020: As a result, Lizzie was promoted to Senior People Ops Manager for our Liverpool hub.
Oct 2022: Recently promoted to Head of Operations – Quality
Lizzie has recently taken the lead on Quality and gained our reaccreditation for ISO 9001, which is a massive achievement for Lizzie and a fantastic win for the company so well-done Lizzie!
