I joined Arc as a Team Member in Liverpool back in 2017 whilst studying at University. I worked on the Bar for one of our clients at Christmas Parties in Birmingham and supported in setting up our Birmingham office, then joined the full-time team in Birmingham once I had graduated.

I decided to move to London and join the London team after COVID in 2021. Fast forward 4 years, I am now running the London operation! I have always been eager to ensure we place the best people in the right places, giving clients strong account management and ensuring their needs are listened to and met, as well as looking after our team members best interests.
