Meet Your London Hub
At the helm of our London hub is Senior People Operations Manager, Lisa Grozier, a focused and passionate staffing professional who joined Arc in 2017 as one of our team members.
Since becoming part of our core team, Lisa has worked her way through the ranks to manage our full London operation, from key client accounts to leading an incredible team including Lead People Operations Manager, Theo Morris and People Operations Manager, Jennifer González Ward.
Lisa’s experience as a former team member has enabled her to build an exceptional team of talented temporary staff and she works closely with clients to select the best people for the roles available.
