Great question! When you work for one of the UK’s best temporary staffing agencies, you can find yourself working in venues such as from football clubs to racecourses, hotels to restaurants!

However, with six other hubs across the UK, there’s ample opportunity to work at national events too. Many of our Team Members are students and work at more than one hub!

If you are looking for jobs in Leeds with no experience, then signing up with Arc is a great option to gain some real hands-on experience.

Experience in hospitality and beyond is always great for your application with Arc and we love to see people with it! However, it is not everything. Your Attitude, Reliability, and Communication (ARC) is the most important thing you can bring to us at Arc.

Attitude – We want to see people with a positive attitude, a strive to do the best work you can, and who find real enjoyment for the work they do!

Reliability – We want people to be attending shifts they are booked on for and to have people turning up on time

Communication – We want people who can communicate really well with not only customers, but managers, clients, and us here at Arc!

Our rigorous training sessions will ensure that you are well equipped with the knowledge, and skills well before your first shift.
