Leading our Midlands hub is our talented Senior People Operations Manager, Beth Gwynne, who first joined Arc back in 2017 as one of our team members!
After several years based in our London hub, managing the accounts for some of our biggest clients, including Royal Ascot, Beth relocated to manage our Midlands operation and was promoted to Senior People Operations Manager. Beth’s experience as one of our own members of temporary staff has helped her to build a strong workforce of team members who help to bring to life businesses within the Midlands.
Working with Beth is our Back of House People Operations Manager, Mathew Lynam, a former Chef with over eleven years working within Michelin star restaurants, working his way all the way up from the bottom and leaving the industry as a Senior Sous Chef in a 3-rosette restaurant. Mathew is instrumental in our back of house delivery.
