We are proud to partner with Flow Learning, the world’s leading hospitality training platform, to deliver high-quality, consistent, and engaging training to our entire workforce. As part of our commitment to excellence and compliance within the industry, all new team members are enrolled in a comprehensive initial training programme through this platform.
This onboarding process includes a series of essential modules designed to equip staff with the knowledge and confidence they need to perform their roles effectively and safely. Specifically, our team members are required to complete the following key certifications:

Your Delivery Team
Once you have spoken to our Commercial Team and they have understood your pain points and goals, you will be passed across to our Operations Team, a talented group of the industry's top recruits and the masterminds behind your recruitment solutions.
Leading our Birmingham hub is Beth Gwynne, one of Arc's longest-serving staff members with over 8 years at Arc, beginning her journey as one of our team members before joining the core team. Beth is an experienced operations manager and has led on events such as Royal Ascot and Cheltenham Festival.
At Arc, we have a dedicated Back of House department, led by four former industry-leading chefs and here at Arc Birmingham, we have Mathew Lynam, here to bring his experience and staffing knowledge to enhance your back of house operation.
Alongside Beth and Mathew, you will be supported by each member of Arc's team, including Commercial, Finance, and the wider Operations Team to ensure success.
