After working as a Chef for over thirteen years, Ste climbed up the ranks to Head Chef, working throughout the hospitality sector in an array of hotels, restaurants, and events across the UK. Three years ago, Ste swapped his toque blanche for a recruiter hat, beginning a new career sourcing Chefs for event work. Ste eventually went into the sales side of the business and grew the company’s back of house department.
 
When not in work, Ste is a family man and huge sports fan, enjoying nothing more than watching LFC, playing golf and cooking at home for his family.
