With over 11 years spent in the industry, Mathew worked as a Chef within Michelin-star restaurants, working his way from the bottom to the top, leaving the industry as a Senior Sous Chef in a 3-Rosette restaurant.
Mathew now works within our back of house department, using his experience to source top-quality Chefs for an array of businesses, from small independent hotels, bars and restaurants to iconic stadiums and world-class events.
When not at work, Mathew loves live music, going to festivals, fishing, and watching his beloved Coventry City Football Club!
