We are celebrating the promotion of Emma Jensen to Associate Director of Operations as Arc experiences exceptional growth.

An accomplished staffing professional, Emma has over ten years of experience working in large-volume recruitment, managing staffing operations in Europe for a winter sports tour operator. Following her time abroad, Emma returned to the UK and began working in the event staffing industry, working her way up to the role of Operations Director at an event staffing agency before joining Arc in 2021.

Since her appointment as Senior People Operations Manager, Emma has swiftly progressed through the ranks to Head of Operations and Growth, managing the company’s operations in Manchester and Glasgow. Emma’s new role as Associate Director of Operations will focus on the strategic growth of Arc, in line with the company’s goal, values and vision – to shape the world of flexible work into a better place for all. Speaking of her promotion, Emma said:
